Modeling and analyzing of nonlinear dynamics for linear guide slide platform considering assembly error

چکیده

It is industry tendency to accurately predict the dynamics of mechanical systems with full consideration errors. Based on Hertz contact theory and general bearing modeling methods, this study proposed a more practical model using numerical method investigate influence assembly error linear guide slide platform. First, methods five types errors are established, based which, nonlinear dynamic developed error. In error, enables sum restoring forces moments equal zero when no external load applied Second, simulation results indicate that can cause uneven distribution, change system. addition, different from previous research results, stability system cannot be improved by simply increasing preload. Last, in order validate method, compared fewer degrees-of-freedom model, series experiments conducted specialized platform estimate parameters verify model.
